  • The service must not have been fully utilized. For example, if you received a draft of your resume and requested changes, the request for a refund would not be applicable if revisions were provided.

  • You must provide a clear explanation of your reasons for requesting a refund, including specific details about how the service did not meet your expectations.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Services that have been completed and delivered according to the agreed-upon specifications.

  • Any promotional or discounted services, unless otherwise specified.

  • Any services rendered prior to the refund request, where work has begun.

4. Requesting a Refund

If your refund request is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
